1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 362,246,639 and the amount of KRW 346,101,721 from May 2, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

Considering the overall purport of the statements and arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the following facts can be acknowledged: (a) the creditor is considered as the plaintiff, and the debtor is considered as the defendant; and (b) the debtor's payment order against the debtor B was finalized.
