Punishment of the crime
The defendant is commissioned as a professor of the National University on May 2010 as a member of the E public Corporation Design Advisory Committee and takes charge of duties, such as deliberation and evaluation of design in the bidding of the project ordered by the E public corporation.
1. On September 8, 2010, the bribery E Corporation from F (State) published the G M&A tender and the F (State) consortium and (State) H consortium participated in the tender.
On December 27, 2010, the E Corporation selected 12 persons including the Defendant as a design adviser through lottery, and the selected design advisers held a design evaluation council on January 5, 201 through a technical review meeting, etc. and deliberated on and assessed the basic design documents submitted by the two companies.
After opening the bidding price on the same day, the F Consortium finally received the bid for the project.
In the deliberation and evaluation of the above project design, the defendant awarded F higher scores to the consortium.
On February 2, 2011, the Defendant received a bribe in relation to his duties from the professor and research room of the Defendant in D University I located at the end of Changwon-si, and the F (State) staff J received a reward in cash of KRW 10 million.
2. On April 10, 201, the bribery E Corporation from K (State) published a tender for L installation projects, and M (States changed to K) (former K) and N (States) participated in the tender.
On July 27, 2011, the E Corporation selected 11 members including the Defendant as a design adviser through lottery, and the selected design advisers held a design evaluation council on August 18, 201 and deliberated on and assessed the basic design documents submitted by the two companies.
After opening the bidding price on the same day, M&D finally received the bid price for the project.
In the deliberation and evaluation of the above project design, the defendant awarded a higher score to M (main) consortium.
The defendant, on September 201, at the professor's office of the defendant in D University, and at the staff's office of M(M) as a honorarium.
