1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the second floor of real estate 195.50 square meters listed in the attached list, and the said real estate from March 9, 2019.
1. On October 19, 2015, the Plaintiff, on which October 19, 2015, leased a deposit of KRW 195.50 square meters on the second floor among the real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant as KRW 10 million, monthly rent of KRW 1 million, respectively. Since the Defendant’s delinquency in paying monthly rent, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the instant lease agreement, and deducted the Plaintiff from the overdue rent of KRW 10 million.
Therefore, the defendant shall deliver the above real estate to the plaintiff, and shall pay unjust enrichment calculated by the ratio of one million won, which is the amount equivalent to monthly rent, from the day after delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day after delivery is completed.
