A. The parties concerned are all the Defendant Company D and E, the representative director of which are the Plaintiff, a broadcasting program producer.

The plaintiff was known to E and the business relationship, and around 2015, the plaintiff was aware of the defendant C, a supervisor who produces broadcasting programs from E, and was paid.

B. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) entered into a program transmission agreement and broadcast broadcast (1) Defendant C as a person in charge of Defendant C’s company on August 2015, as the person in charge of the Defendant Company (hereinafter “F”).

B) As between F and B, F is a documentary mentor of “G” (hereinafter “instant program”).

) A broadcast broadcast broadcast is sent to each State, and the Defendant Company entered into an agreement to send a program with the content that shall pay KRW 2 million (Additional tax separate) per broadcast on one occasion (the agreement was drawn up on October 16, 2015).

(2) Defendant C was not an officer or employee of the Defendant Company, but was granted the authority to conclude the said arrangement in the name of the Defendant Company. 2) The F broadcasted the instant program from September 2015 to September 2015.

In the instant program, the Defendant Company indicated the Defendant Company’s producer, Defendant C’s responsible professional producer, and the Plaintiff’s dispatch.

3) Defendant C, with the consent of the Defendant Company, received cooperation funds and subsidies for production related to the instant program to the Defendant Company’s account, and used them as a payment for the sending fee to F. C. Defendant C requested the Plaintiff to initiate and produce the instant program around August 2015.

이에 따라 원고는 연출 및 제작 전반을 책임지기로 하고 작가 2명을 제외한 스텝들을 섭외하여 제작에 필요한 팀을 꾸려 이 사건 프로그램을 촬영하였다.

2 원고 및 참여 스텝들은 2015. 9.경부터 2016. 5.경까지 31회에 걸쳐 이 사건 프로그램을 제작하였으나, 프로그램 제작비를 지급받지 못하였다.
