[Attachment] On February 19, 2013, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on February 27, 2013.

[Public offering] The Defendants: (a) took advantage of the situation in which Defendant A was residing in “Seoul-gu G loan operation 302” owned by his father F, set up a lease contract with Defendant A as a lessee and a lessor; and (b) offered a loan from the bond company as security.

【Criminal Conduct】 The Defendants conspired to commit the crime

1. On November 201, 201, the seal in the form, such as the seal imprint of the F’s seal imprinted in the name of the Defendant A, at the seal imprinted in Suwon-si, which was kept by the Defendant A;

2. On November 17, 201, at the I Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and at the I Licensed Real Estate Agent J, under a lease agreement with the lessee as to the above housing amounting to KRW 90 million, Defendant A presented a copy of the F’s resident registration certificate, a certificate of personal seal impression, and affixed the F’s seal forged in the lessor’s column for the lease agreement;

3. On or before December 201, 201, via K’s e-mail, transmit F’s name, resident registration number, address, and photograph of a person who will be f as if he were F’s name, address, and F’s photograph to the person under whose name the photograph was given; receive the F’s resident registration certificate made by the person under whose name the name was not given by a home-based company in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and below

4. On December 15, 201, at the non-facing coffee shop in Suwon-si, Defendant B waits outside the coffee shop, Defendant A enters the coffee shop with a name-facing person who decided to drive F, and introduce the victim L as F, while the name-facing person was driving as if he was F, Defendant B presented the forged house charter contract, resident registration certificate, etc., and “lease deposit is secured.”
