1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
B. From December 30, 2017, the foregoing paragraph (a) is described.
1. On November 30, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 2,00,000, KRW 340,000 per month of rent, and KRW 340,00 per month; and (b) from November 30, 2017 to November 29, 2018; (c) however, the Defendant did not pay the rent from December 30, 2017; (d) on the ground that the said lease contract was terminated on the ground of arrears in rent for more than two years; and (e) filed a claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the delivery of the said real estate and delayed rent and the amount of rent by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
