1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 101,972,602 and KRW 100,000 among them, from March 11, 2016 to March 2017.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the main sentence of Article 257 (1) of the same Act, which applies to Acts and subordinate statutes.
