Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On May 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence on June 8, 2015.

1. A thief: (a) around 02:0 on June 6, 2015, the Defendant: (b) discovered a victim under the influence of alcohol from tin trees located in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu; (c) discovered a victim under the name locked because he was fluored; (d) caused one thief on the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located in the victim’s side by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim was locked; and (e) stolen one thief on the market price of the victim’s possession, which contains a 40,000 won in cash, on a total of four occasions during the period from that time to July 4, 2015, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

On June 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on the street near the central market in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-gu; (b) 8,000 won in cash, and 880,000 won in the market value of which there are one galthopt 4 Handphones in the market value, and (c) her return home after destroying one balthograph balon to the floor; and (d) her return home.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
[2015 Highest 3322] Around 01:00 on June 17, 2015, the Defendant abused the victim’s F (53 years of age) access to the front road located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-gu, Sungwon-gu by taking advantage of the gap in which the victim F (53 years of age) is locked, and then stolen the victim’s right with one 90,000 won in cash from the rear part of the victim’s back part.
