Defendant

B On September 5, 2012, the Incheon District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment for attempted larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House on March 4, 2013.

From June 2014, the Defendants: (a) resided in the same residence with others; (b) sold them via the Internet site; and (c) conspired to use the profits therefrom.

1. Special larceny;

A. On August 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendants: (a) intruded into the Fiplomatic Association located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) discovered a camera and a photographic camera that was contained in the Defendant’s book; and (c) Defendant A had a photo camera of an amount equivalent to 600,000 won at the market price; and (d) Defendant B had a photo camera of an amount equivalent to 1.50,000 won at the market price; and (e) jointly stolen property of an amount equivalent to 7.55,00 won at the market price owned by the victim

B. On August 19, 2014, at around 19:30, the Defendants were at the residence of the victim G located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and Defendant B reported the network outside the said house. Defendant A divided the first race and confirmed the existence of the victim, and invaded into the said residence through a heatless window outside the wall, and had one MCM bank at a small size of 3.50,000 won and one unregistered Belgium at the market price, and the property owned by the victim was stolen jointly.

C. At around 20:30 as of October 2014, the Defendants: (a) came to the victim I’s residence in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ; (b) confirmed that the first race was divided into the body without the victim; and (c) intruded into the body through the window outside the body, and made a theft of the property owned by the victim, jointly and jointly, by having one unfolded to the market price in the place where the body was located.

On November 18, 2014, the Defendants: (a) around 14:30 on November 18, 2014, at the victim K’s residence in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L and B02, the first race is divided, and there is no victim.
