1. Defendant A

A. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) around 02:04: (a) around 02:04, at the “I” located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant’s daily behaviors and the victim J (58 years old), the victim B (58 years old), and the victim K (57 years old) caused fighting to fights due to the issue of singing between them; (b) L was pushed down to the victim J; and (c) attached the victim K’s clothes to put him/her under the victim K’s face; and (d) the Defendant was frighted with the fright of the victim J who attempted to put him/her in drinking as before the victim K’s face; and (e) frighted with the fright of the victim J.

The Defendant continued to have committed assault by the victim B, such as having the face of the victim B several times, having the victim J who said the face, and having the victim J who read the face.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims jointly with LA.

B. The Defendant: (a) reported the victim C (58) who takes a fighting fighting boat with a telephone phone at the time and place mentioned in the paragraph; and (b) committed assault against the victim.

2. On July 2, 2016, at around 02:04, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) at “I” located in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) at “I”; (c) at the time of fighting and singing of the victim A (39 years of age); and (d) K fighting with a part of the victim A once tight; and (c) the Defendant committed assault, such as the Defendant’s flabing of the victim A’s timber with a view to breaking the part of the victim A by cutting down the victim’s timber and cutting down the shoulder.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim jointly with K.

3. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:04, at the “I” located in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) fights occurred between the Defendant’s daily behaviors and the Nonparty A (39 years of age); (c) the victim gets off the victim’s head on the ground of a cushion, a dangerous object, and caused two-time injury to the victim, such as an open wound, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
