1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 190,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions in subparagraphs 1 through 4 and the purport of the entire pleadings, the Defendant is deemed to have agreed between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff to pay KRW 190,00,000 to the Plaintiff by November 15, 2016, and thus, the Defendant is liable to pay the unpaid loan and delay damages as described in paragraph (1) of this Article to the Plaintiff.
