1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 20, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for mutual aid (hereinafter “instant mutual aid contract”) with the Residential Self-Governing Council of C, from May 13, 2016 to May 16, 13, 2019, with the period of mutual aid, from May 13, 2016 to May 13, 2019, with the amount of mutual aid KRW 14,840,000, and with the subject matter of mutual aid, the subject matter of mutual aid (hereinafter “instant house”) with Ddong or E-dong 270 households, etc.
B.
