B The head of the I University branch of the National University Union from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2012, Defendant A is the head of the I University branch of the said union from August 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012; Defendant C is the head of the I University branch of the said union from August 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012; Defendant C is the head of the I University branch of the I University branch of the National University Union from August 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012; and Defendant D is the head of the I University branch of the said branch’s site to be the head of the trade union from August 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012.

1. Breach of trust and occupational breach of trust;

A. Defendant B’s breach of trust was provided by the above university for the purpose of supporting the specific event of a trade union at the time of the event, used the corporate card at the school for the purpose of the event, returned the card to the account of the said university, and submitted materials proving the details of the use. Defendant B provided the corporate card from the above university for the purpose of the event to the extent necessary for the event. Defendant B used the corporate card after being provided with the corporate card for the purpose of the specific event, but returned it as is even if it remains using the card. Although there was a duty not to use it for other purpose, Defendant B used it for the purpose not related to the relevant event, such as reducing the expenses of the trade union in violation of the duty, and conspired with J, A, C, D, etc. (J and the period of public offering from August 15, 2010 to August 20, 201, to May 21, 2015).

B In collusion with the executives of other trade unions on April 201, as seen above, while receiving and using corporate cards from the above schools for the purpose of supporting the sports events at the Daejeon Regional Headquarters of the Daejeon Regional Headquarters of the Korean University Union on April 201, the above-mentioned event was terminated on April 29, 201.
