1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 46,294,627 and KRW 45,828,530 among them, from March 27, 2014 to September 16, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the judgment by service of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act, but Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, so compensation for delay was governed by the provisions on the statutory interest rate under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings).
