Nevertheless, around November 30, 2017, the Defendant passed the C Station D in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City without a legitimate ticket, and the victim of the service was called as “the liquor tax that presents transportation cards and identification cards,” and the Defendant abused the victim’s title one time by the left hand (V) and escaped.
