On May 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) by telephone from an employee of singinginging on his name to obtain a loan by creating a transaction performance in the company’s account using the company’s funds; (b) withdrawing money upon deposit in the account; and (c) delivering it to the officer of the company’s revenues; (d) falsely speaking, “on the counter of opening a bank, to borrow money from one’s relatives”; and (c) was aware of the fact that the member of singing on his name could receive money from the Defendant’s account by false remarks, such as misrepresenting the phone to many unspecified persons and misrepresenting the employees of the investigation agency and the financial institution, and was willing to participate in the commission of the crime.

At around 10:00 on May 25, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Plaintiff Q Q calls to make a loan to KRW 15,00,000,000 which is a low interest rate of KRW 15,000,00,000. However, the credit rating should be increased and the existing loan should be repaid to the designated account.”

At around 15:07 of the same month, the victim remitted 5 million won to the Hbank account (Account Number I) account in the name of the defendant, and the defendant, at around 15:48 of the same day, withdrawn KRW 5 million from the Hbank Measures Center in the name of the defendant to the above Hbank account in order to assist the defendant in committing the crime of acquiring money by deceiving the victim by deceiving the victim and by deceiving the money, and delivered to another Bosing Operator under the direction of the H Bank Member in the name of the defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant aided and aided the criminal act of fraud by the personnel in the name of the phishing assistance.
