1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,00,000 and 15% per annum from October 14, 2016 to the date of Down payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff lent KRW 32,00,000 to the Defendant, and that on July 3, 2014, a notary public obtained a certificate from the Defendant to the effect that the notary public would repay the amount by July 30, 2015 from the Defendant’s 3260, such as Samyang, etc., the Plaintiff sought payment from the Defendant.
