If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On November 16, 2013, while the Defendant was faced with the Victim D (L, 46 years of age and 2 months of age) and 1 year, the Defendant continued to be forgotten with the Victim. However, on November 16, 2013, on the restaurant operated by the Victim, the Defendant was found to have a defect in talked with the Victim.

Therefore, at around 12:00 on November 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) completed an occupation-type demonstration with the victim in a restaurant near F in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group E; (b) and (c) led the victim to the G chief of the Defendant’s operation.

Since then, although the Defendant received a demand from the victim to scarcity, the Defendant detained the victim by sending them without being killed, making it possible for him to do so through a national day, i.e., in the same manner, by “the dead person who does not want to do so,” and by seeing him/her on an expressway, and by blocking him/her from getting off the vehicle for at least one hour.

1. - Written agreement and hearing of agreement [the crime of confinement is a crime that makes it impossible or extremely difficult for a person to leave a certain area or make it difficult for a person to leave such area, and can be made by psychological and intangible obstacles as well as physical and tangible obstacles, and the essence of confinement does not have any restrictions on the means and methods of restricting the freedom of action by restricting the freedom of action.
