A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendant

B is a person who operates a business establishment similar to D with the trade name "D" on the 3th floor of the Council city, and the defendant A is an employee of D.

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed a similar act with the knowledge that Defendant B’s business place is a similar act, upon Defendant B’s request, and on February 3, 2016, at around 20:30, when Defendant B reported the said D D D D D r r r r r r e with female employees, Defendant A received 40,000 won under the pretext of engaging in a similar act with female employees. The Defendants conspired with the employees of the above r r r r r r e with female employees to engage in a similar act, and let female employees look into the sexual organ of male customers.

2. On December 10, 2015, from around February 2, 2016 to around February 2, 2016, Defendant B installed five rooms equipped with simple beds and marina goods, etc. in the above D, and sought D from unspecified male customers, who received KRW 40,00 to 75,00 in terms of the act of similarity with female employees, and directed female employees as a room, and then arranged a similarity act in which female employees stimulated male customers into a man’s sexual organ and hand.
