On November 10, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing vehicles with approximately 800 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.103% during blood while under the influence of alcohol from the shooting distance of the stone bridge located in the Gugri-si, Sigri-si, Sigri-si, to the 298 front road.
