1. The Defendant’s KRW 21,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from June 1, 2014 to July 15, 2015.

Reasons

1. On November 21, 2012, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 221,00,000 to the Defendant, and on April 25, 2014, the Plaintiff paid KRW 221,00,000 as at the end of each month from the Defendant for each additional amount of KRW 20,00,000,000. If the Plaintiff is in arrears at once, the Plaintiff prepared a certificate of borrowing that loses the benefit of the time, but the Defendant did not pay it at all.
