2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Defendant is a company running a golf club and its ancillary facilities located in Gwangju-si (hereinafter “instant golf club”). The Gangnam 300 golf club is composed of those who use the instant golf club for the purpose of friendship among its members and the promotion of health (hereinafter “instant golf club”). The instant golf club is classified into regular members (regular members are subdivided into individual members, general corporations members and special corporations members again), secondary members, and secondary members as of November 201.
