【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

On April 19, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle on April 19, 2016, operated the said motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.087%, and led to the driving of the said motor vehicle in front of “Enogate” located in Pyeongtaek-si D, into the bank face from the slurian bank.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about three weeks due to such occupational negligence.
