The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance that found the Defendants guilty of the facts charged in this case and found them guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the Defendants, and there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
