1. As to the Plaintiff’s 700,245 Republic of China’s money and the 500,000 Republic of China’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. From July 15, 2014 to February 7, 2018, the maximum interest rate under the Interest Limitation Act is 25% per annum [the provisions on the maximum interest rate under Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act, Article 2(1) of the former Interest Limitation Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 28413, Nov. 17, 2017], and 24% per annum from February 8, 2018 (the provisions on the maximum interest rate under Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act and Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act). The excess interest or delay damages shall be null and void.
