【Criminal Facts】

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. At around 18:30 on March 21, 2019, the Defendant obstructed business: (a) at the “D” beauty room operated by the victim B (the 39-year old-old) in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) was refused to request the victim to engage in cryming; (c) was frighted in the beauty room; (d) was frightened inside the beauty room; (d) the victim frighted so as to stop the cosmetic; (e) the victim frighted into the beauty room; (e) the victim frighted into the beauty room; (e) the victim frighted into the beauty room; (e) the victim frighted into the beauty room; (e) extracted the fireworks in front of the beauty room; and (e) frighted into the beauty room, the victim frighted into the beauty room; and (e) opened the cosmetic room by force of the victim, thereby interfering with the victim’s crying and smoking, etc.;

B. At around 22:10 on the same day, the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “The victim, who was returning home with her husband, would have come to fall short of it,” and “I will find him to fall short of it,” on the ground that the victim reported the Defendant to the police as the act described in paragraph 1.”

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. On March 23, 2019, around 14:40, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim’s house, which was connected to the water supply tap (200,00 won at the market price) located in Ulsan-gun F, Ulsan-gun, in front of the victim E (n.e., female, 61 years of age). However, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim’s house, which was connected to the water supply tap in front of the said building, but was discovered and attempted by the victim.

B. The Defendant is a victim of assault.
