1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 110,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 23, 2017 to the date of full payment.

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant”). 2. A judgment based on the confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendant only raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, but did not submit a specific written response, and did not appear on the date of pleading. Therefore, it is deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
