However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Although the facts charged in the instant case are stated as “(i.e., (ii) around June 23, 2018 to June 25, 2018)” as “(iii) around July 9, 2018 to June 10, 2018,” it appears to be a clerical error.

D, E, F, G, H, I, and J, along with each other, connected the ground to the oil pipelines managed by the victim L, Inc. which were laid underground in the vicinity of the Kump at Osan-si on June 20, 2018, by connecting the above subparagraph with nitrous, valves, strings, and hydrotensions, and installed gas facilities by connecting the above subparagraph with the electric wires to the “M” located in the above L, and then from around June 23, 2018 to June 25, 2018, using oil facilities installed in the above warehouse to extract gasoline and light oil from the oil pipelines from the oil pipelines to June 2018, 00,70,000 won, total market price of 0,070,000 won x 0,700 liter, 300,708,700 liter, 300,701,700 liter x 00,700 liters.

On June 23, 2018, from around June 25, 2018 to June 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested N to identify the place where stolen gasoline was sold by telephone from N to N; and (b) notified N of the trade name and notified N of the location of the oil station; and (c) received the notification from N to sell the said gasoline and light oil.

Accordingly, the defendant knowingly assisted the transfer of stolen property.

2. The criminal act related to petroleum that was stolen from P at the time of Jinjin (as of July 9, 2018, around July 10, 2018 to July 10, 2018), D, E, F, G, and Q, together, connected the ground to the oil pipelines managed by the said injured person buried underground in Jinjin-si on June 2018, and installed Doar oil facilities by linking the above heading and valves, headings, and oil pressure reductions to the oil pipelines managed by the said injured person laid underground in Jinjin-si.
