Defendant

A is the owner of Gwangju Mine-gu D, and Defendant B was the owner of the foregoing lot number from about 30 years ago to the boundary of the above lot number, and there was a farm road, the only passage way to go as a dry field owned by others, including G and H, which is an orchard owned by F.

1. On January 2014, Defendant A’s general traffic obstruction caused damage to the farm roads established on Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, on the ground that the F was unable to receive compensation for road works from Gwangju Metropolitan City due to the construction of concrete on part of the farmland in the above lot number owned by the Defendant, on the ground that the F was damaged by not receiving KRW 1,604,657 as farmland due to the construction of concrete on the part of the farmland in the above lot number owned by the Defendant, Defendant A interfered with the traffic of land through which many and unspecified persons, including F and I, including F, by planting four girs on the above farm road to prevent the passage of farming roads.

2. On January 28, 2014, Defendant B interfered with general traffic by installing pipes and nets to prevent Defendant B from spreading part of a farming road into a farming road installed in Gwangju Mine-gu, and preventing A from passing a part of a farming road into a farming road owned by the Defendant, thereby interfering with traffic on land through which many and unspecified persons, including F, including those passing through, and other unspecified persons, including F.
