However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant was the one who liveded with the victim B (n, 29 years of age) and from the end of April 2014 to the beginning of December 2015, and the victim was pregnant with the child of the Defendant and heritage.

1. Violence;

A. On December 10, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant, at the 3rd floor of the Domoel located in Gyeonggi-si, committed assaulting the victim’s head debt by putting the victim’s head debt when the victim’s body was pushed down, and breaking the victim’s body into a forced place.

B. On April 14, 2015, around 14:30, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by plucking out of the Embel 307 in Pyeongtaek-si in Gyeonggi-si; (b) by taking the victim’s head against the wall by taking the victim’s head against the victim; (c) plucking the victim’s hand; (d) plucking the victim’s body against the victim’s wall.

C. At around 00:30 on June 7, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s neck on the ground that the victim neglected himself.

On June 10, 2015, around 06:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim by getting off from the vehicle in a wall when the victim opened a string and speaked as “the head of the department in charge of the female,” in light of the fact, within a parked vehicle of the EMoel parking lot located in Pyeongtaek-si C of Gyeonggi-si.

2. On July 18, 2015, the injured Defendant suffered injury, such as damage of head 308, which requires the victim’s treatment of approximately three weeks of spawn, on the ground that the victim had been suspected of having his/her external appearance during the victim’s verbal dispute with Pyeongtaek-si, and that he/she had the victim faced with his/her external appearance, and her face was spawned once by drinking the victim’s face, and continued to have the victim spawn with both hand and pushed the victim over the floor, thereby having the victim go beyond the floor.
