A. The Defendants of the agreement between the parties concerned transfer the forest land of 893,606m2 to K as a result of the division on August 13, 2007 on August 13, 2007, for the Plaintiffs, the forest land of 6,826,539m2 in Gangwon-do is the area before transferring the forest land of 893,606m2 to K.

(hereinafter “instant forest land”) partially purchased KRW 86 million from Nonparty H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) and agreed with the Plaintiffs at a intervals of KRW 86 million.

8. 5 million won, 14.15 million won for the same month, 2090,000 won on January 6, 2006, and the same year.

2.6.5 million won, and the same year;

3.3. 3 million won, and the same year.

4. The same year by means of a transfer from Non-Party I’s national bank account to Defendant C’s above account from Non-Party I’s national bank account; KRW 10 million on May 11, 2006;

8. 11.10 million won, per year;

9. A total of KRW 86 million on January 9, 2007 and KRW 86 million on January 9, 2007 were paid to the Defendants.

2 The plaintiff B shall transfer the amount of KRW 7 million on June 12, 2006 to the defendant C's national bank account from his national bank account to his national bank account, and the amount of KRW 13.5 million on August 11, 2006, by means of remitting the amount of KRW 7 million from the above national bank account to the defendant E bank account;

9.1. 24 million won, 4.20 million won on November 20, 201 of the same year, 5 million won on December 29 of the same year, 200 million won on January 5, 2007, and 20 million won on January 5, 2007;

C. From H on August 28, 2006, the registration of transfer of ownership for the forest of this case was completed on the same day as the reason for the reversion of trust property in H’s name on May 2, 2006, and the registration of transfer of ownership for the forest of this case was completed in the name of Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd., and the registration of transfer of ownership for shares 409,190/6,826,539 out of the forest of this case was completed again on May 23, 2006 under H’s name.

Of the forest land of this case, 3,306/6,826,539 shares or below.
