A. From November 24, 2015, Plaintiff A’s KRW 36,000,000 and its related thereto:

B. Plaintiff B: KRW 84,000,000.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) was amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, and the statutory interest rate under the Promotion Act was changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019.

Therefore, since June 1, 2019, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment shall be recognized, and the claim for the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
