When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On December 12, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving on the road from the Jeju Franchisian 216-5, which was located in the city of Jeju, to the front road of the same city, on the day before the Jeju Franchisian 216-5, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor device bicycle on December 12, 2015.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act, without purchasing a mandatory automobile insurance policy at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1), driving Oral Ba at 125 Sin-si.
