A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 14:50 on July 31, 2017, 201, included the difference in the market price of the victim Q from the management entity of the above store in the P Gunpo-si around 14:50 on July 31, 2017, which is the sum of 12,00 won in the market price where the victim Q from the management entity of the above store was negligent.
