1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff.
(a) As to KRW 15,206,794 and KRW 14,964,394 among them, from January 7, 2015 to May 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The description of the cause of claim in attached Form other than the use of the creditor as the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant; and
2. Claim against Defendant 1.: Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of confessions made due to the absence of the defendant).
