A. On May 2, 2016, May 2, 2016, rent KRW 750,00 per month, and lease period from May 2, 2016 to May 2, 2017, the Plaintiff succeeded to the lease contract from the former owner leased to the Defendant on August 12, 2016.

B. On September 5, 2016, the Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant did not pay a two-month rent (on August 2, 2016, and September 2, 2016, the date of the payment of the rent), and that on September 5, 2016, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the contract by content-certified mail, and sought delivery of real estate and payment of KRW 750,000 per month, and KRW 30,000 per month of the management fee.
