The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the record in light of the record, it is justifiable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the Defendant on the ground that there was no proof of crime as to each public performance and obscenity in the No. 3 and No. 4 of the indictment of this case among the charges of this case.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles on the rules of reinforcement of confession.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
