B. As to the contract for construction work, the Defendant produced the radio transmission receiver, etc. at KRW 2,846,321,000 from June 29, 2015 to December 26, 2015 to H, and ordered H to set up the construction on L across the country, and H to M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”).

) On October 12, 2015, from October 26, 2015 to December 26, 2015, K, who is the installation work operator of M, has re-subcontracted the installation work of radio transmission and reception equipment for L34 units within the Korea Rail Network Authority located in Cheongju City, from December 1, 2015.

C. (1) On December 1, 2015 and December 2, 12, 2015, K entered the Korea Rail Network Authority again on December 7, 12, 197 and did not complete the work of installing an external antenna on the line below the line with high voltage current. However, on the ground that other construction works are located, K did not visit the work site only once, and did not conduct safety education, and did not conduct any management and supervision, such as failing to give direction or to take safety measures, such as moving L to the safety site or moving to the work site.

J also oversees work from December 1, 2015 with F's instructions, and therefore it is necessary to act on behalf of the supervisor.
