Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On December 19, 2013, at around 01:08, the Defendant driven B B-Wz car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.080% at a 400-meter radius from around Samsung C-dong located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the same road from around 820-20 meters in the same Gu.
B. On December 21, 2013, at around 23:50, the Defendant driven B B B B B-type car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.149% at a section of about 500 meters from a place where it is impossible to know the Cheongdamdong site in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul to the front corner of the Cheongdamgushe’s shop 99-17.
2. Defendant who violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) around 01:08 on December 19, 2013.
As described in the port, the above vehicle was driven under the influence of 0.080% of blood alcohol concentration, and the signal light light was driven along the signal light in the direction of the scco distance from the scambro at the scular road located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
