However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 18, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Gwangju District Court's net order in the Gwangju District Court's branch on July 18, 2008, and a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime in the same court on April 24, 2009.

On November 4, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven a B ballon car with blood alcohol concentration of about 0.134% without a driver’s license in the 2km section from the back acid of the Yongsan Village in the Jinyang-si, the Jinyang-si, to the island distance of the same 2km.
