Text
1. The Daegu District Court, Kimcheon-si, Seoul District Court, 2018Ka121, the lease deposit against the Plaintiff of the deceased E (FF).
Reasons
1. On September 7, 2018, with respect to the Defendants, the heir of Non-Party E, the Plaintiff was deemed to have lawfully deposited all the principal, delayed payment, expenses for demand procedure and enforcement expenses of the obligation to return the lease deposit stated in the order of payment stated in the order of payment.
2. If so, since the plaintiff's obligations against the defendants stated in the above payment order have fully extinguished, compulsory execution based on the above payment order is no longer permissible.
