Based on its stated reasoning, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendant on the charge of the instant case on the grounds that there was no evidence of crime.

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, we affirm the above determination by the court below. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, we do not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on general traffic
