A. The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur who runs a wholesale and retail business of medical appliances with the trade name of “B,” and the Defendant is a corporation that runs a medical equipment brokerage business, etc.

B. From July 2012 to December 2013, 2013, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with approximately KRW 10 goods and 10 goods as indicated in the following table, and issued a monthly tax invoice during the said period. The sum of the goods claimed by the Plaintiff by issuing a tax invoice to the Defendant is KRW 290,64,620.

C. Meanwhile, on May 21, 2013, the Defendant issued to the Plaintiff two promissory notes with each face value of KRW 15,000,000 (per maturity, October 22, 2013, and November 14, 2013), and issued two promissory notes with each face value of KRW 15,000,000 (per maturity, February 19, 2014, and February 25, 2014) to the Plaintiff, and paid only KRW 60,00,000 as the total amount of goods.
