건물인도
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From October 15, 2017, the amount of KRW 5,940,00 and KRW 5,00.
1. On November 15, 2016, the Plaintiff leased a building listed in the attached list to the Defendant with a deposit of KRW 30 million, monthly rent of KRW 1980,000, and period of KRW 24 months.
However, the Defendant did not pay the rent from July 2017, and the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the above lease agreement on September 2017.
Therefore, as the above lease contract was terminated, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the said building to the Plaintiff, and pay the amount equivalent to the monthly rent from July 2017 to September 2017, 59.4 billion won and the monthly rent from October 15, 2017 to October 15, 2017.
