The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
around 18:00 on March 25, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chests and necks on the ground that the victim C (the 56-year-old age) who was a company partner in front of the elevator of the nine-story building in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the 56-year-old age) tried to avoid the cubing cost without paying the cubing cost.
Judgment
A crime of non-violation of Intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act indicate that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant after the prosecution of this case (written statement on February 4, 2020): Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act
