A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. Related to the assembly on October 28, 201;
(a) No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;
The Defendant, from around 14:25 on October 28, 201 to around the Yeongdeungpo-gu Industrial Bank of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, took place with approximately 2,500 participants in the conference of “C ratification” held in the society of the secretary general of the headquarters of the D organization E. At around 14:40 on the same day, the secretary general of the D organization E, who is not originally reported as a broadcast vehicle, instigates the National Assembly to enter the National Assembly. At around 2,50 persons of the Defendant’s demonstration group, the number of approximately 2,50 persons of the Defendant’s and demonstration group moved to the volume of approximately 1km from the place of the first assembly to the straight line, and the number of the participants in the conference from around 15:24 to 15:43, to the nearest 2,500 roads to the nearest 6 lanes of the National Assembly.
Accordingly, the defendant participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited.
B. On October 28, 201, the Defendant had ordinary traffic obstruction from around 15:24 to around 15:43, 201.
In collusion with approximately 2,50 demonstration teams, the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes between the north door of the National Assembly and the Dong door were completely occupied by about 20 minutes, thereby hindering the traffic of roads used for the traffic of the general public.
2. With respect to the assembly on November 3, 201 (violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act) any person shall be 100 meters away from the boundary of the National Assembly building.
