On April 2010, the Defendant was offered that he would make a false entry into the Republic of Korea by having Vietnam women enter the Republic of Korea by making a disguised marriage with B (one president), and made a false report to the public official in charge of the marriage report form “A,” “D” in the resident registration number column, “E”, and “F” in the date of birth in the family relations register register by having the public official in charge of the marriage report form, which is kept in the public service center, enter into the family relations register and register in the form of the marriage report form, which is kept in the public service center at the monthly Myeon office located in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea on May 7, 2010. < Amended by Act No. 10219, May 7, 2010>

2. The Defendant had a public official in the foregoing name in the same date, time, and place as above 1. Paragraph 1. When and at the same time, exercised the right register by having him/her store and operate a family relation register, which is a public electronic record stating false facts as above.
