A. The Plaintiffs are road managers who have been in charge of controlling restrictions on operation and maintaining and repairing roads or guarding offices in the Port State Road Management Office under the Busan Regional Land Management Office of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (hereinafter “Posi Port Office”).

B. The Defendant paid to road managers including the Plaintiffs the amount indicated in the table below as base pay, risk allowances, job class allowances, supervisor allowances, fixed meal allowances, and traffic subsidies on the 25th day of each month, from March 2008 to April 2012, according to the management rules of road management contract workers and the budget execution guidelines as stipulated by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (hereinafter “instant request period”). The Defendant paid 30.30% of the basic pay risk allowances for the 200.30% of the annual salary payment on the 205th day of the month to which the New Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s 10.30% of the 2010-4010.

C. The Defendant paid overtime work allowances, night work allowances, holiday work allowances, and annual holiday work allowances (hereinafter collectively referred to as “legal allowances”) to the Plaintiffs, on the basis of ordinary wages calculated only by basic pay, risk allowances, job class allowances, and supervisor allowances, excluding fixed meal service expenses, transportation subsidies, and holiday work allowances.

The plaintiffs worked as road repair personnel during the period of service as shown in attached Table 1 from the day to the day of the Friday, and worked from the day to 18:00 each day, and they are over-concentration control personnel during the period of service of the red control personnel in the same Table, but Plaintiff N is for the same period.
