1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of the Road Traffic Act are those who are engaged in driving of a vehicle with C low-priced car.

On June 8, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 11:30 on June 8, 2015, and led to the scarcity from the budget to the red distance.

In such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to proceed with the safety after checking the traffic situation of the front left left, but the defendant was negligent in neglecting this duty and received the back part of the victim D(75 years old)'s Ebmw car in front of the Defendant's vehicle, which was in the front of the Defendant's vehicle.
