[2] The Defendants are not responsible for handling narcotics, etc., and they are not responsible for the sale, medication, etc. of the Memophophones (the Memopphone, hereinafter “Memopphones”). However, the Defendants dealt with the Memopphones as follows.

1. The Defendants, around March 18, 2017, attempted to purchase 130,000 won out of the purchase price, and Defendant B intended to purchase phiphones from E by means of bearing the remainder of the purchase price.

As a result, Defendant B purchased philophones from E in front of G in Busan, 14:00 on the same day by delivering approximately KRW 0.6g 250,000 to E in front of G in Busan, Sho-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.

2. Defendant A

A. On March 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by having B in one room “I” located in B at the north-gu, North-si, North-si, North-si, North-si, B in one column of “I” in one philophones 0.06g.

B. On March 2016, the Defendant administered phiphones by requiring B to infect a single-use injection device on his own arms from JJ building 501, Nam-gu, South-gu, Seoul, the Republic of Korea: (a) around 11:00, and (b) around 0.06g of phiphones.

On April 2016, the Defendant 10:00 around the lower 10:0, at the place of the foregoing paragraph B, got B to inject a disposable injection device containing B in his arms, thereby administering phiphones.

On July 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by having B in one room “L” located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, for injection of a disposable injection device containing 0.06g of philophones into his arms.

E. On January 3, 2017, at around 20:0, the Defendant administered philophones by requiring B to inject a disposable injection device containing B in one’s arms at the place of the foregoing paragraph (b).

F. On March 19, 2017, the Defendant “Nel” located in North Korea-gu M at the port of port around 02:00.
